Lollipop cookies
The recipe (for 20 lollipops): Mix 500g of flour, 250g of soft butter, 250g of sugar and 2 eggs. Mix everything to obtain a homogeneous ball. Divide dough into 3 and color in blue, red and yellow with food coloring.r Then make other mix for other colors: yellow + red = orange, yellow + blue = green, blue + red = purple. Make small colored pudding (see photos attached) and surround them around a skewer. Bake for 12 minutes in preheated oven at 180 ° Celsius or 356° Fahrenheit.
